The Junior Bank App project was a collaborative effort involving a team of three individuals: myself as the Product Designer, Luka Štilić as the Product Owner, and Miloš Pavlović as the Lead Front-End Developer. Our goal was to develop an idea and present it for mobile application tailored for young users, completed within a tight timeframe of 48 hours.

Collaborative Process:

Our team adopted a collaborative approach throughout the project. We conducted research together, discussed features, and collectively brainstormed ideas to ensure the app met the needs of our target users effectively.

Research Methodology:

To gather insights for the app's design, we conducted user interviews with a diverse group consisting of nine 18-year-olds and three duos of younger teenagers accompanied by their parents. These interviews provided valuable insights into the preferences, behaviors, and expectations of our target audience.

My Role:

As the Product Designer, my responsibilities primarily focused on the UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) aspects of the project. I translated the list of features and insights gathered from user interviews into intuitive and visually appealing designs that aligned with our target users' needs and preferences.

My Key Contributions:
- Translating feature requirements into user-friendly design solutions.
- Creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize the app's functionality and flow.
- Designing UI to enhance the app's aesthetics and usability.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure alignment between design and development efforts.
- Iterating designs based on feedback from user testing sessions and team discussions.
